If you are looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and thorough real estate agent then Ty Capps is your guy. We had been looking for a vacant lot for almost 2 years. Ty sent us some lots to look at and we picked one on the next street over, had only been listed for a little over an hour. Ty jumped in his car and drove over and took pictures for us to see the property. He put in an offer that same day and we got the lot. Ty then lead us to the builder we selected.
